Shipping Policy

  • Your Mamicha clothing is made with a lot of love, care & attention to detail and held up to the highest quality standards.
  • You can raise a concern within 7 days of receiving the product. You can opt for a one-time free alteration from our side in case of any major error. In case of minor error, for your convenience, we give a 3” extra margin in the garments along with extra trims & thread.
  • None of our made-to-order products are eligible for returns or refunds. Please note, products with custom sizes, added length, added sleeves or any other modifications are treated as Customized products and one-time free alteration service will not be provided (choose or share your exact body measurements in one-go to save your & our time to deliver you your perfect fit garment virtually sitting at home).
  • For accessories (e.g., Jewellery, Belts, etc.), we do not offer refunds as they are non-returnable items. However, if you receive a damaged piece, we'll replace it for you. Additionally, in the case of belts, if sizing is the issue, we can exchange it for a belt that is the perfect size for you.

Please send us images or videos about what went wrong? We'll be happy to help. We will try our best to make things right and arrive at a mutually acceptable solution.

We are eager to learn and keen to improve. Detailed feedback with images or videos on your experience will help us identify our shortcomings and scope for improvements.

  • What you ordered isn't what you got.
  • What you got is of a different colour.

Please note that the type of colour variation mentioned below does not qualify for returns :

-Minor colour variation in the garment compared to what you see on your screen.

We have made every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. However, as displays and software settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on your screen will be 100% accurate. A minor 10-20% variation in the shade is possible and normal in online shopping.

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or the quality of the product isn't up to the mark. Please note that the below-mentioned issues do not qualify for this:
    - Beads, buttons & embroidery embellishments have a tendency to come off after some time and even with the best of handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided. Still, for customer convenience, we provide 2 buttons & the same colour thread from our side with your order.
    - For products purchased at discounted prices (during the sale, using coupon code, etc.), we only offer an option of one time alter only with accurate body measurements shared from the customer side. If a customer wants to get it altered by themself so for your convenience, we give a 3” extra margin in the garments along with extra trims & thread.
  • You received the wrong size- a garment that is not appropriate for the size selected or measurements shared. (Please make sure to follow the size chart before selecting your size. For your convenience, we have a detailed ‘How to Measure’ tutorial video, so that you can give us the perfect size for the perfect fit).

  • Please refer to our Size Guide and measurement video tutorial, product images, and accompanying description before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or queries, contact us before making a purchase, so that chances of dissatisfaction are minimized. Our Customer Support Executive can schedule a voice call or video call in case you have any problem understanding our size chart & help you select the correct size.
  • We understand diversity in each individual body type well. That is why we have given a special comment box on each of our product pages wherein you may share your different sizes of any single body part’s measurement from our size chart or share your whole body measurement for custom size order apart from our wide size scale of 2XS-10XL.

    If you have any doubts or queries, Contact Us before making a purchase, so that chances of dissatisfaction are minimized. Still don’t worry we offer a one-time free alteration service (only major alterations) to all our garments.

You received damaged products.
Note: If you feel the package has been opened or tampered with while taking the delivery:
-Receive it. Take a picture or video of the package (This is mandatory*).
-Mention it in the delivery receipt while accepting the package.
-Inform us at care@mamicha.in or+91-7303169675 (WhatsApp) immediately. You will be further guided so that the necessary action can be taken ASAP.
If the package was intact and you discovered the damaged items after you opened the box, please share a picture or video of your order with relevant details for our review. You will be guided with a solution.
If you accept and sign for a package without mentioning an issue, we will not be held liable for it in the future. (In the case of tampered or opened or damaged package or missing items.)

  • Yes. As we are a Made-To-Order brand & all garments are handcrafted especially for you as per your body measurements & body type we don’t encourage returns until the wrong size or the wrong product is delivered from our end. 
  • We do not encourage returns stating I don’t like it or I don’t like the fabric or I am not happy with the way it fits or looks on me etc. Why?
  • -Being an ethical and responsible homegrown brand we make everything on a made-to-order basis, we make sure we pay our master & tailors better than the infamous industry standards. We use great quality fabrics. 

    -Having said this, our profit margins are much thinner than fast fashion brands. Every exchange/refund/return adds up to the inventory & harms the environment and business viability. They force us to hike our prices to absorb the cost, which we never want to do.

    • Exchange and one-time alterations apply to all non-sale orders (regular size, chart sizes, and customised orders).
    • Alterations post seven days from the date of delivery will be accepted on a case-to-case basis.
    • It will be chargeable at an extra cost depending on the scope of alteration.

    Please note, we are not liable for alterations due to fluctuations in weight, wear and tear of garments owing to regular usage.

    CANCEL & ALTERATION

    You can cancel your order for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email care@mamicha.in or you can call us on 011-47095802 from Monday-Saturday between 10 AM to 6 PM or WhatsApp on +91-7303169675. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing, and we will be unable to cancel or change it in any way.

    To give your alteration request, you can call us on 011-47095802 from Monday-Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM or WhatsApp on +91-7303169675 or mail us at care@mamicha.in., with your order no., contact no. and the pictures/video describing the concern.  Our Customer Support Executive will guide you further.
