Refund policy

  • Your Mamicha clothing is made with a lot of love, care & attention to detail and held up to the highest quality standards.
  • You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can either choose a refund or store credit in return.
  • Tailored products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please note, products with custom sizes, added length, added sleeves, or any other modifications are treated as tailored products.
  • Tailored products are not eligible for discounts. But, they are eligible for a one-time free alteration during NON-SALE & SALE period (In this case, clients have to bear To & Fro shipment charges). Please email us at care@mamicha.in for further clarification.
  • Products sold at a discounted price during SALE are not eligible for returns.
  • For accessories (e.g., Jewellery, Belts, etc.), we do not offer refunds as they are non-returnable items. However, if you receive a damaged piece, we'll replace it for you. Additionally, in the case of belts, if sizing is the issue, we can exchange it for a belt that is the perfect size for you.

You can cancel your order for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email care@mamicha.in. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing, and we will be unable to cancel or change it in any way.

To cancel your exchange request, you can give us a call (011-47095802 from Mon-Sat between 10 am to 6 pm) or mail us at care@mamicha.in., with your order no., and your email id within 24 hours of placing an exchange request.
