Order Details
How do I track my order?

Upon dispatching your order, we'll promptly forward a confirmation email and a WhatsApp Message notifying you that your order has been fulfilled, accompanied by the tracking information from the courier company.

How long does it take for my order to reach?

Your order will typically reach you within 8-10 working days, accounting for factors such as distance from Delhi, chosen payment method, and product customisations. Generally, all orders are processed and dispatched within 10 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 12 hours of order placement. After 12 hours, no order can be cancelled. In case, after 12 hours of order placement, you require any changes or have placed the wrong order, you may connect with the support team at care@mamicha.in and/or call us at  011-47095802/+91-7303169675 between Monday and Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. 

Payments
How can I pay for my order?

We offer multiple payment options for your conviniece. You can opt for online; UPI Wallet, UPI, and Netbanking. As we are a made-to-order brand, COD is applicable to select pieces only. In the case of COD, there will be an additional charge of INR 150.

How do I know you've received my order?

Upon receiving your order, our dedicated support team will promptly connect with you either via phone call or through Messages to verify the details. Once we've confirmed your order specifics and measurements, we proceed with crafting your made-to-order garment. Your satisfaction and precise customization are our top priorities throughout the process.

Do you arrange for reverse pick ups?

We offer the convenience of reverse pick-up in select cases, subject to an additional charge of Rs. 200. To determine if your order qualifies for this service, kindly reach out to us via email at care@mamicha.in

Returns, refunds & Exchange
How can I return my online purchase?

Each piece is curated just for you and as per your body measurements, thus we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on our products. Though,you can raise a concern within 5 days of receiving the product

How do you make refunds?

As a policy, we do not offer returns or refunds on our garments as every piece is a Made to Order Piece.

In case of sizing confusion, you can book a video call or a telephone call with our stylists to help you with the measurements.

How do I exchange a product?

To exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:

  • by email at care@mamicha.in.with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered, defective item, or size exchange.
  • Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering with the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
What are the After Sale Services?

Your Mamicha clothing is made with a lot of love, care & attention to detail and held up to the highest quality standards.

You can raise a concern within 5 days of receiving the product.

You can opt for a one-time free alteration from our side in case of any major size error. 

We give a 3” extra margin in every piece we deliver along with extra trims & thread for our customer’s convenience.
