1.  Made-to-Order Items & One-Time Free Alteration 

   * All Made-to-Order products are final sale.
   * No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
   * We offer one-time complimentary alterations for Made-to-Order pieces.
   * Shipping charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
   * We give a 3” extra margin in every piece we deliver along with extra trims & thread for our customer’s convenience.

2. No Returns on Sizes Above 5XL

   * Orders placed for sizes above 5XL are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
   * We offer one-time complimentary alterations for Made-to-Order pieces.
   * Shipping charges for one time are to be borne by the customer.

3. Return Window

   * Returns on Ready to ship are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
   * Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

4. Order Cancellation

   * Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
   * Not applicable for Made-to-Order items once order is confirmed & production has started.

5. Color Variations

   * Slight differences in color may occur due to screen/display settings.
   * These variations are not eligible for return.
