7-Day "No Stress" Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not happy with the size, fit, or quality, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible, the product must meet the following criteria:

1. Unused & Unwashed: The item must be in its original condition without any stains or odors.

2. No Scents or Perfume: Please be careful while trying on the outfit. If the product smells of perfume, deodorant, body mist, or smoke, the return will be strictly REJECTED.

3. Tags Intact: All price tags, brand tags, and labels must be attached.

4. Original Packaging: Please keep the original packet/box for the reverse pickup.

How to Initiate a Request

1. Visit our Returns Center on the website or email us at care@mamicha.in.

2. Provide your Order ID and select the reason for return/exchange.

3. Our courier partner will pick up the product within 2-3 business days.

Important: Damaged/Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we require an unboxing video (a video recorded while opening the parcel) as proof to process the claim faster. Please report this within 24 hours of delivery.
