Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse (usually 07-10 working days after pickup), it undergoes a quality check. After approval, the refund is initiated.

Deductions (Reverse Shipping Fee)

• A flat Reverse Shipment Fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the courier charges for picking up the packet from your home.

• Example: If you return a product worth ₹1500, you will receive a refund of ₹1400.

• Exception: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong product sent by us, the full amount will be refunded (no deduction).

Refund Methods

• Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking).

• COD Orders: We will ask for your Bank Account details or UPI ID to process the transfer. Alternatively, we can issue Store Credit (valid for 1 year) for instant use.

Timeline

Please allow 05-07 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after the refund is initiated.
